last tuesday... teacher ask us do a movement..

one leg need naik atas..

something like this..

kena open..

i do do do..

den pain...

inner thigh der.

n today thurs...

i do stretching... need open leg big big...

and head need go down , try to touch d floor,,

but i cant even open my leg...

den need roll up ,

den open leg again..

i cant!!!

roll up is something like this..

so sad...!!!!

anyone please help me...

any method...

any medicine...

anything...

that can help me sembuh...

in one week...

GooD or Great?

last year in a subject that ive taken,

lecturer ask us to read a journal on "good or great?"

i found something interesting.

[ good is the barrier to great ]

which sounds so true.

cos when u think u r good enough ,

than you wont try to be great.

let's put tat thinking in my studies ,

as well as in my dance practice.

been struggling to study these weekends.

20% success only.

where is my another 80%?

it is because whenever i study for one hour ,

i think it is "good" enough.

d 2nd dance practice is on 3pm this sunday!

and zaizai's event is on 6pm!!

well , to get started.

my friend , kyrina won place to go for an upclose with the actors and actress of a new movie , BLACK and WHITE.

this movie is actuaaly a taiwanese drama

(i previously intro in my blog),

that it so successfull ,

that they decided to make a movie version.

and here dey come to malaysia!!!

zaizai is the main actor!

and kyrina can bring a friend to go!

n she called this old friend of 10 years that love this zaizai for 8 years to go!

and this stupid friend of her rejected her invitation after one hour brain struggling.

LOL

i love zai zai..

but.. the practice is real imprtant.

plus , i m having audit replacement class on sunday 9am -3pm.

i Love dancing~

therefore ,

I eXTReMely LoVe being a dancer in Pesta Tanglung UKM~

especially when it turns 30 this year!

well people say i hate dancing! y?

bcos it makes me stretch till my body pain..

teacher makes us HOLD in a stretching position so long that it makes us so.. unbearable..

i m busy with other stuffs that i m so tired whole day and i still need to go practice..

i didnt even have dinner before practice..

n i feel so sleepy right b4 the practice starts..

n my leg gets cramp once in a while doin practice..

well..

and i realise it's my own fault for not gettin msg from pt.

i wrote two numbers in the form.

014 and 017.

and i m using 014 only.

well , i understand y internal mummy send it to 017.

because she is using 017 as well.

isnt I stupid.

p/s : i ve decided to join pt.

reli sorry to my dear roommate which i ve promised earlier to join new tune dance.

God playing a fool with me.

good.. i end my 1st month in UKM with two flat tyres.

and i start my second month with a joke.

i didnt receive any message from Pesta Tanglung last week.

which means i failde my dance audition.

around 11pm ++ i receive call from wei ling , external exco for pt30,

asking me wat is my tag number for the audition ,

i almost forgot ,

but i somehow remember,

it's B12.

20 minutes later ,

i receive a call from internal exco ,

asking me whether i receive a message from her ,

saying that i pass the audition

i was totally........ STUNT.

(wat the..............!!!)

not tat i m stunt bcos i m happy.

but stunt because it ruins my plan tat i have planned since i fail audition.

well , the reason for not receving any message,

bcos she sent it to my 017 number,

which i m not using now.

n now i noe y wei ling called me.

i told her i m not ready for this ,

n i ll sms her later ,

on whether i m joining.

not jual mahal..

just... i have planned tat i joined a kolej's club..

and go for some dance classes in new tune..

n suddenly this pops up.

u noe how it feels?
